History
The company was founded in 1999 as a sole proprietorship by Christoph Kynast in Dermbach/Rhoen as “w&k Innovative Elektrotechnik.”
In 2007, the company changed its legal form to a limited liability company. Since then, Christoph Kynast and his daughter Luisa Kynast have been managing the business of w&k Elektrotechnik GmbH as equal managing directors and shareholders.
In 2010, the business segment centered around measurement, control and control technology in order to be able to offer customers a wider range of services. Since then, w&k Elektrotechnik GmbH has also added a subsidiary in Chemnitz.
In 2020, w&k Elektrotechnik GmbH took over the long-established company E.V.S. Klauß in Ludwigshafen/Rhine. In 2022, the company moved to larger premises in Speyer.
The family-owned company has continued to develop since its inception and has firmly established itself on the German and European markets with its high-quality switching and control systems.
